Vulnerability Diagnosis and Control Strategy of Enterprises Technology Innovation System

An approach is made on vulnerability diagnosis for enterprises technology innovation system (TIS) under pressure of many disturbing factors; some basic definitions, which lay the foundation for the quantitative investigation of TIS vulnerability, are given in the analysis. Based on these definitions, a causality tree model of vulnerability diagnosis for TIS is constructed, and then some formulas of failure estimation for TIS are deduced; according to the description method of complex system, the formulas for failure estimation are transformed into the potential function of TIS vulnerability diagnosis; by using the catastrophe theory, we can get a series of quantitative calculation formulas for failure estimation of TIS from the vulnerability potential function, meanwhile the corresponding explanation and analysis of these formulas are given so that some important control strategies of TIS vulnerability can be obtained.
