The Coordinated Development between Cooperative R&D and Technical Standard Alliances
Cooperative R&D and technical standard alliances are the important path and links on technology innovation process, as well as important combination factors to cultivate independent innovation capability. By analyzing the coordinated development mechanism between cooperative R&D, technical standard alliances and independent innovation capability, it can achieve an effective link on key chain for cultivating independent innovation capability, and construct a brand-new research interface of cooperative R&D, technical standard alliances and independent innovation capability. This paper analyzed the coordinated developments function foundation between cooperative R&D and technical standard alliances at first, and constructed five strength model for them, including key competitiveness, market strength of development, cooperate strength, game ability, independent innovation ability, etc. Subsequently this paper analyzed the coordinated development relation between cooperative R&D and technical standard alliances, then probed into developing and forming of technical standard alliances on the basis of cooperative R&D and developing and forming of cooperative R&D on basis of the technical standard alliances, and probed into harmony coordinating mechanism between cooperative R&D and technical standard alliances. On this foundation, this paper further analyzed the coordinated development patterns between cooperative R&D and technical standard alliances, including cooperative R&D dominating type, technical standard alliances dominating type and the mutual inducing type of cooperative R&D and technical standard alliances, etc.
