The Mode of Enhancing Open Innovation Based on Technology Transference
This paper expatiates first on the press and imminence for improving open innovation ability. Then based on the literature review and integration of technology innovation and technology transference, this paper brings forward the mode of the combination of enterprise independent innovation capacity based on technology transference, and argues that in the course of the enterprise technology innovation, strategic product R&D and industrialization can be improved and upgraded through the coupling effect of sound technology transference, and therefore, open innovation is achieved. Then, the path of enhancing open independent innovation capacity based on technology transference is put forward. And, the combination of enterprise technology innovation mechanism, the technology transference mechanism and its effectiveness to industry development, the relation between technology innovation and technology transference, and their effects on national open inde-pendent innovation capacity are discussed from micro, medium, and macro perspectives.
