The Risk Investments Management in Open Innovation
Nowadays variety is the unique constant thing in the world. The innovation is essential to maintain and develop the existing business market of business enterprise. Uniformity, innovation also is very important for business enterprises developing their new production. Business enterprise without innovation must step into the death. But, in more than 20 years of closing innovative mode, most of creative activities failed thorough, and most of business enterprises also suffered great damage or bankruptcy. In order to change this condition, decreasing the lost of business enterprise, scholars put forward to open innovation based on the experience of closing innovation.Innovation is no longer limited in some fixed terrain in open innovative mode with suddenly developed knowledge, science and technology. It urges business enterprises to look for better business model in the development, and encourages business enterprises to hold each new business opportunities. If there is the tiny possibility of income, business enterprises should make full use of every potential resources to carry on them fleetly and push them to the market. So that business enterprises can more flexibly suit to drastic market competition in modern society. Therefore, kinds of items, which have been studied, developed and exchanged on the market in open innovation, have already become a kind of risk investment behavior that will increase risk of business investment and operation. So that business enterprises must adopt measurable strategies to scatter these risks. At the same time, business enterprises have to also enhance creative management in order to solve kinds of problems. Whereas, there is few interrelated studies of the business management of open innovation, which is very important in massive social challenge and drastic complete, and is necessary to develop the modern business enterprises. Therefore, combining related knowledge of management and open innovation, this paper analyzes the risk investment of open innovation based on the predecessors studies. It puts forward to kinds of new risks of open innovation which business enterprises may face in the future. At the end of this paper, we put forward homogonously innovative management measure aimed at these risks, so that business enterprises can use it for reference.
