R&V Non-competitive Strategic Alliance: A Case Study of Lvsheng and Tianchang Companies
Reality and Virtuality non-competitive strategic alliance is to combine traditional companies and virtual companies into the same alliance, with the share of imbedded core resources, leading to the deep integration of the tradition companies and virtual ones, thus forming a brand-new mode of strategic alliance which benefit both sides of the alliance. By using a case study of Lvsheng and Tianchang companies, the article explains the connotation and characters of this new mode. The writer believes R&V non-competitive strategic alliance will become a brand-new mode which integrates the idle resources of the whole world and transforms the economic growth mode in the innovative economic era.
