Application on Evaluation the Capability of Enterprises Technology Innovation Based on TOPSIS

The author takes a comprehensive evaluation to the technology innovation capability of enterprises by the means of TOPSIS based on the analysis on multi-target policy decision. Meanwhile, on the basis of balance, according to the order relative approach degree made to the technology innovation capability of enterprises, practices show that the method is some kind of practical.
