GESI-based Perspectives: Study on Influential Elements of Innovation Culture

摘要：

This paper, with a pointcut characterized by Innovation and Innovation culture, an objective by constructing innovation culture, and perspectives by GESI-Government, Education, Society and Individual, analyzes the Influential factors on Innovation Culture. The result shows that an interactive relationship between them will affect the final development of new Innovation Culture among the bi-interactive-structure of GES and I. Based on the analysis, this paper also brings up a path to Innovation Culture.
