Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Based on the Comparison of Sino-West Culture

摘要：

The national culture has a significant influence to the entrepreneurship. This paper analyzes the characteristic of Chinese traditional culture, constructs a diamond model of the cultural impacting entrepreneurship, based on the comparing of different meanings of Chinese and Western cultures to the entrepreneurship. The operating mechanism of the Chinese traditional culture impacting entrepreneurship has been disclosed. Finally, the cultural tactics have been put foreword from macro and micro levels, which can enhance the entrepreneurship.
