The Impact of the Entrepreneurship, Social Capital and Top Management Teams International Business Experience on the Small Firms Internationalization
In this paper, we argue that the entrepreneurial opportunities of international marketing are the most basically driving factor. Based on analysis, we find that the activities including identifying, evaluating and utilizing the entrepreneurial opportunities of international marketing make up the process of small and medium enterprises internationalization. We also find that there are three sources which lead to the different international entrepreneurial behavior among the enterprises. In the end, we suggest it is necessary to build the widely contact with international networks and strengthen the entrepreneurship in order to capture the international entrepreneurial opportunities. It is also important to find the suit candidate of top management team for the success of international operation.
