The development of Innovative Corporate Culture for Enterprises to Promote Technology Innovation

摘要：

An innovative corporate culture which could foster innovative thinking and working atmosphere for corporate employees is one of the most significant determinants for technology innovation. In order to promote their ability of continuing technology innovation and then to ensure the core competence, enterprises should firstly take great effort to develop their own innovative corporate culture. Through case studies about innovative corporate culture at 3M and Haier, the approaches for enterprises to build their nnovative corporate culture were explored herein.
