Firms Organizational Innovation Based on Industrial Evolution: The Case of Traditional Manufacturing Industry
Organizational innovation has an interactive relation with industrial evolution. This article constructs the concept model of study on the innovation of the enterprises organization based on the industrial evolution and carries on the research by the questionnaires of 130 traditional manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang province as well as the help of the Structure Equation Model. With the theoretical and the empirical research, this article makes systemic research on the relation of the three primary variables of organizational innovation (namely strategy, structure and culture) as well as the relationship between industrial evolution and organizational innovation. The results show that, first there is a positive correlation between the innovation of strategy, structure and culture; second there is a negative correlation between some of the industrial evolution items and the three primary organizational innovation variables to some extent.
