Study on the Demand of International Professionals in Chinese Enterprises Cross-border M&A

Economic globalization has not only generated excellent opportunities for the economic development, but also created a vast demand of international professionals, especially in the process of cross-border M&A. This paper uses two systems archetypes (the shift the burden to the intervenor archetype and the eroding goals archtype) to identify the phenomena that the supply of international professionals is far from satisfying the huge demand gap. It offers a new standpoint of identifying the demand of international professionals in the context of cross-border M&A with a strategic perspective.
