Research on the Evolutionary Mode of Chinese Enterprises Technology Innovation

摘要：

In the light of the evolution theories of technological innovation, the authors of the paper analyze the characteristics, organization and management of technological innovation evolution pattern based on simulation innovation, cooperation innovation and independent innovation by combining the cases of Chinese enterprises, such as Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Co. Ltd. (KSEC) and Shenzhen Lang Ke Science and Technology Co., Ltd. etc. It also offers the corresponding suggestion for improving the capability of independent innovation on the part of Chinas enterprises.
