How Firm-internal Social Capital Impact Organizational Innovation: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Energy
A comprehensive model that delineates the relations among firm-internal social capital, knowledge energy, organizational innovation and organizational performance is presented. This empirical study which involves 145 companies in South China proved that: Firm-internal social capital has a distinct direct positive impact on administrative innovation, but can only improve technological innovation through knowledge energy.
