E-learning and Its Influence on Knowledge Management and Organization Culture
E-learning is naturally suited to distance learning and flexible learning, E-learning can influence the organizations culture: it can enhance the organizations communication ability and technology ability, it can help the organization members to know about the internet ant its attributes ,it can help the organization members to know the changing information, it helps to turn the data into information to use in the organization, it can education students despite the space and time limitation. E-learning can also influence the knowledge management and change the knowledge workers in the organization: Information freedom: the members can acquire the informational freely, Active study, the members not the viewer of the study, but take part in the study process actively, it can enhance the members ability: information absorption ability, strategy policy ability, co-operation abilitys-learning can make the organization member learn from each other, co-operate with each other, reduce the gap and misunderstanding in organization and create the bright future for the organization.
