Motivation Model Analysis of Scientific Groups Based on Members Intellectual Characteristics

Organization flattening, environment variety and research complexity require scientific workers to accomplish their missions in group. The initiative of each member and the cooperation among them need efficient motivation mechanisms to be stimulated. Using classical motivation theories and focusing on the intellectual characteristics of staffs, we discuss the relations between motivation elements that have important influence on the scientific workers and make a game theory analysis on the motivation mechanism for managing scientific groups. The theoretical investigations are made on the mechanism that can better develop workers potentials and improve group efficiencies
