Construction and Management Research of Pre-warning System Model about Intellectual Property

摘要：

It constructs a pre-warning system model about intellectual property in this paper. This pre-warning system can prevent the collision between intellectual property in being and new research, solve the knottiness about intellectual properties, promulgate latest information of invention and creation to the whole world, and make designers and research organizations know the actuality about intellectual properties of all over the world conveniently and take strain measures in good time. With this pre-warning system, the creation risk is reduced and the successful probability to register intellectual property is improved.
