A Study on Knowledge Transfer-perspectives Based on M&A
In knowledge economy century, the core competence of corporations is determined by special resource- endogenetic knowledge. M&A is one of the important approaches to make external learning internalized. This can enhance knowledge transfer efficiency and improve the transfer result effectively, so the basic objective for M&A under knowledge economy century is to obtain the most competitive resource of target-tacit knowledge. This paper analyzes factors affecting knowledge transfer efficiency elaborately. On this ground, we build up a holistic framework for knowledge transfer, and develop an evolvement model for knowledge resources under interior and exterior actions after M&A①.
