Studies on University Academic Network Organization Based on the Knowledge Management

摘要：

Knowledge management requires a systematic and effective management of knowledge resources with a view to facilitating the sharing, innovation and value increment of knowledge. The university, whose main function is to foster the talent, scientific research, and to serve society, should especially value knowledge management, sharing and innovation. While the traditional university academic organizations cannot well realize the sharing of knowledge, especially tacit knowledge. This paper studies on the necessity of academic organization transformation, the features and forms of network organization, and how to effectively operate it, etc, which aims to build a new university academic organization in knowledge society.
