The Creation of Tacit Knowledge: A Research Based on Husserls Theory of Intentionality
In this paper, based on Nonakas original work, and by applying the theory of intentionality of Husserl, the problem of how tacit knowledge is created is further explored. Tacit knowledge is divided into the strong intentional elements and weak intentional elements, and the effect of subjects intent in the creation of tacit knowledge is analyzed. So the creation of tacit knowledge is educed not to be a purely passive process, and the micro-mechanism of individual learning is further revealed.
