Organizational Learning, Shared Knowledge and Diversification of Industrial Clusters Innovation

摘要：

Organizational learning has played an important role in promoting organizational performance. Based on case study and literature review, this paper tries to extend the theories of both organizational learning and diversification of the firm to analysis of industrial cluster, puts forward to growth model of both innovation diversification of industrial cluster and flexible specialization of clustered firms, and anatomizes the intrinsic mechanism. Several policy implications will also be achieved.
