The Integrating Mechanism of Innovation Factors in Metropolitan Region Innovation System

摘要：

At present, the unitary upgrade of regional competition capability is becoming an important part of national strategy in China. Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Belt and Zhujiang River Delta have been becoming leading economic communities and innovation centers in China, making the development and management of metropolitan regions become fatal theoretical and practical issues in the development of Chinese society, economy, science and technology. This paper firstly defines the concept of metropolitan region innovation system and analyzes the composition of innovation factors of a metropolitan region, and then discusses factors integrating mechanism of Chinese metropolitan region innovation system and designs the factor integration model of metropolitan region, emphasizing to build harmonious management organization across component cities, to build network system of infrastructure, to build common technology market for technological resources sharing, to form information platform of human resources and perfect mechanism of brains following, and to form uniform metropolitan credit system.
