Innovative Characteristics of Knowledge Intensive Business Services in P.R. China
The innovation of knowledge intensive service involves some combinations of new service concept, new client interface, new service delivery system and new technological options. In this paper, we study the innovative characteristics of knowledge intensive business services through the innovation survey on service industry in P.R. China. The results suggest that innovative characteristics are not different in each category of knowledge intensive business services, and that knowledge intensive service client interface innovation is poor in performance in P.R. China. The key improving innovative capacity of knowledge intensive business services in P.R. China is to strengthen cooperation between knowledge intensive service and its client, as well as to improve innovative capacity of client interface.
