The Identification and Uncoupling Analysis on the Exogenous Structural Risks of Regional Innovation System

摘要：

Based on the theoretical studies of Regional Innovation System (RIS), it can be concluded that the ignorance of exogenous risk management is one of the important decline reasons of RIS. The concept and compositive factors of exogenous structural risks of RIS are proposed. Its emphasized that the separated structural risks should be unitarily managed. Also, risk factors relationships are also given and modeled quantitatively with management entropy, realizing the practicality of exogenous structural risks of RIS.
