Regional Intellectual Capital and Regional Innovation System

摘要：

Regional innovation is becoming the key contents in the course of the construction of the innovation-oriented country in China. The paper reviews the theory of regional innovation system (RIS) and regional intellectual capital (RIC) respectively, and puts forward that it is propitious to researching the issues of regional innovation roundly, systematically, and more effectively to integrate the theory of RIC and RIS.
