The Study on Structure of Regional Innovation Network Based on Industry Layer

摘要：

In this paper, we divide the innovative technologies of region into general technology, industrial generic technology and public technology from a point of application scope of technology. Then, from the point of innovative performance of industrial technology, we deem regional innovation network (RIN) is composed by four layers of industry. From the inner to outer, the first layer is industrial innovation system of regional leading industry; the second is technology-related industrial layer; the third is industrial layer of operation related; the fourth is the outermost industrial layer which supplies the public technology for region. Most outside of the RIN are culture and policy environment of region.In the case of multi-leading industries, the whole RIN is network of the leading industries are intertwined, overlapping and coupling.
