Endogenous Innovation System and the Interface Management of the High-tech Development Zone
High-tech development zone is the main form to realize the combination of technical innovation and industrialization, which benefits the technological achievements transfer into industrial fields, realizing economic and social effects. High-tech development zone has an important role in improving the development of national economy and society. Strengthening technical innovation is the most important task of high-tech development zone construction, and improving the ability of endogenous innovation is the basic request of fulfilling its functions. The paper will propose a four-level endogenous innovation system of the high-tech development zones, the central level is mechanism subsystem, the second level is participant subsystem, the third level is content subsystem and the outmost level is external coupling subsystem. Then, the paper will analyze the interface relation of the system, and finally, interface management will be studied.
