The Construction and Operation on the EV Industry Innovation System

摘要：

Establishment and improvement of the electric vehicle (EV) industry innovation system play important roles in development of Chinas Automobile industry. Based on the analysis of necessary of establishing EV industry innovation system, this paper constructs EV industry innovation model. And the cooperative operation mechanism of EV industry innovation system is discussed.
