The National Innovation System and the Performance of the Post-industrial Society Evolution: Comparative Analysis among the U.S., Japan and Russia
Based on the theoretical models of the New Classical Economics, the paper intends to set up an analytical path between the National Innovation System and the performance of the evolution of the Post-industrial Society. Also within the theoretical framework, the paper establishes an evaluation index system on the National Innovation System and the evolution performances of the Post-industrial Society. After illustrating the feasibility of the comparison among the U.S, Japan and Russia, the paper conducts a quantitative analysis on National Innovation System and the evolution performances of the Post-industrial Society of them. Through the comparative analysis on the National Innovation System of mentioned three countries in different levels of institutional arrangement, the features of National Innovation System benefiting the evolution of the Post-industrial Society conclude. Meanwhile, the paper illustrates what China can learn from the international experiences of the post- industrial evolution, which sums up major conclusions of the post-industrial evolution and probes into some of the references benefiting China.
