The Bottle-neck Problems and the Countermeasures of Creating the Innovative City for the Center Cities of the Underdevelopment Areas in China: Taking Guiyang for Example
Creating of the innovative city is an important contain and foundation for building the innovative China. In this paper, firstly, we anatomize the strategic significance for the center cities of the underdevelopment area to create the innovative city in China, then, taking Guiyang for example, at the base of summarizing the experience and the lesson that Guiyang creating the innovative city in past, combing with the character of the era development, thoroughly take apart in course of creating the innovative city in Guiyang, including the idea, the system, the capital, the person with ability and the building of the innovation platform, and so on,. Finally, we put forward the countermeasures against the bottleneck problems consulting with the experience from the developed areas and the fact of Guiyang city. Thus, this paper has certain use for reference value for the center cities of the underdevelopment areas in China creating the innovative city.
