Research of Measure Achievement of TEI Based on PCA
Technology Enterprise Incubator (TEI)has been an important part of china technology innovative system, service innovation of TEI is basis of supporting middle and small sized corporation development. The positive role of TEI is to improve their outer effect, but how to measure achievement of TEI s is a complex problem. TEI s in east china take the important place. Based of investigating situation of TEI s in east china, this paper instructs an achievement evaluate index system preliminary, uses SPSS software with Principal Component Analysis(PCA)for selecting key factors to establish model and optimum appraisal index system. Then TEI s in east china are classified with cluster analysis (CA) in the paper. At last, comparing with TEI s in east china to find their disadvantages and advantages, this paper put forth up some rationalization proposal for service innovation.
