A Research on the Formation and Developing Mechanism of Regional Industry Innovation Emergence
This paper takes the industry innovation statistics of 31 Chinese provinces and metropolitans as samples, and proves, by the methods of system model and econometrics analysis, that the output level of regional industry innovation is closely and positively related to the 3D variables of industry innovation governance mechanism. The paper elaborates that the innovation governance mechanism is influential in the emergence level of regional industry innovation. The analysis illustrates that, in this mechanism, the clearer the ownership of the enterprise is, the higher the output level of regional industry innovation will be, the larger the stimulus of innovative input is, the higher the level of innovation will be, the greater awards the system provides the innovation implementers, the higher the output of the regional industry innovation will be.
