Study on R&D Performance Evaluation of Large-scale Military Equipment

摘要：

The objectives of development of large-scale military meet not only for the military requirements but for the social political and economic requirements. So its performance evaluation is a complex activity. The now methods of performance evaluation arent suit sufficiently for the evaluation requirements. To solve this question, this paper analyzed the characters of large-scale military development and built up the evaluation index system based on BSC. This paper also constructed the layered fuzzy evaluation model to provide the comprehensive performance result.
