Research of New Single-acting Vane Secondary Component

The vane secondary component includes single acting vane secondary component and double-acting vane secondary component. The single-acting vane secondary component changes its flux and oil flowing direction by regulating the size and direction of the offset between the rotor and the stalor. As to the double-acting vane secondary component, position relation between the distributing trays and the stator can be regulated by the variable cylinder rotating the rotor of the secondary component. Accordingly, sizes and positions of windows for oil discharge and entry are changed to achieve changes of flux and oil flowing direction. This paper presented the working principle and structure of the double-acting vane secondary component, analyzed its mechanism of variable displacement and characteristics of energy saving, then, the performance of the secondary component has been studied.
