Theoretical Analysis on Hydraulic Steering System with Load-sensing Flow Amplifier

摘要：

Full hydraulic steering system is widely used in heavy engineering machinery. In this paper, the principle of the little displacement hydraulic power steering gear with load-sensing flow amplifier is discussed and the mathematical model of the system is built up , meanwhile , the principle of the flow amplification is analyzed and the influence of structure parameters on the characteristics of the hydraulic steering system is analyzed also. All works are benefit to experiment and improvement of design.
