Study on Inner Flow Field Infection Caused by the Number of Impellers of Low-Ratio-Rev Open-Impeller Centrifugal Pump

According to the geometry of flow path and characteristic of flow field of low-ratio-rev open-impeller centrifugal pump impellers, S-A Turbulent flow model was adopted, and high quality of configurational sticking gridding was established. Combined with the Reynolds times averaging method and wall function, three-dimensional Turbulent flow calculation was done for inner flow field of impellers. According to the calculation results, the infection of flow velocity distribution, pressure distribution and pump performance of low-ratio-rev centrifugal pump caused by the number of impellers was analyzed and summarized, the flow law of Turbulent flow in impellers was developed, and theoretic foundation of optimization design for low-ratio-rev centrifugal pump was presented in this thesis.
