Theoretical Investigation of Electromagnet on Powerful Solenoid Valve

Electric-machine conversion component is indispensable of the control system of electric-liquid, which transforms the electric signal into mechanical signal-force (moment) or displacement. The electromagnet is a kind of popular electric-machine conversion component at present, and that the prime factor of effecting electromagnets working quality is rate of magnetic conductance and using state of magnetic material. Compared with the high rate of magnetic conductance, low magnetic lag, low coercive force, soft magnetic material, the permanent ferrite magnetic material with light mass, high magnetic energy product is chose to make as the static magnetic core. The theoretical investigations of electromagnet on powerful solenoid valve are accomplished in this paper. The structure of electromagnetic system is designed, its sizes and parameters are calculated. The experimental apparatus is designed, and the finite element analysis (FEM) on the electromagnet is conducted, the simulation results of finite element analysis are available to optimize the structure parameters of the powerful electromagnet.
