The Study of an Experiment System of General Accurate Gas Flow

In this paper, the design method, system composition and relevant experiments of the SH-1 gas flow test equipment are expatiated. The gas flow equipment is designed for the heavy-duty as turbine of R0110 of the 863 Programs, and used for testing gas flow of the combustor of the as turbine. The R0110 is the first heavy-duty gas turbine that is studied and developed independently in our country, and is also the tackle key problem of the Tenth five-year Planning. The measure system, control system, data display system,data collecting and dealing system subtly combine the SH-1 gas flow test equipment, which make the equipment structure tight. Most important, the equipment can be controlled conveniently by only one person. The accurate orifice plate is the main measure component, and the gas condition system, accurate pressure-sensor assure the equipment runs stably and high precise. Related experiments have already testified that the equipment originated in our country is a general accurate experiment system of gas flow and can be widely used in aviation, space flight, navigation and other fields of power engineering.
