Survey on Key Techniques of CAD of Hydraulic Manifold Block

Computer aided design of hydraulic manifold block, a key element of integrated hydraulic system, has got extended attention and developed very quickly in recent years. The essence of CAD of hydraulic manifold block is building an automated design system that could complete the 3D path connection of manifold block. The key techniques include: getting assembly and connection information from hydraulic power circuit, checking hole interference and wall thickness, path connection, optimization of routing design, et al. A survey on the present situation of these techniques was proposed. The current deficits and the future research trends were discussed and analyzed based on the survey.
