Analysis on Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic Loading of Friction Coefficient Testing
The hydraulic loading system is main factor that affects on testing precision, this paper analyses dynamic character of hydraulic loading system to develop testing precisions of coefficient on runway. The analysis results show that the test precision is influenced by self-vibration of car body, runway roughness and their coupling. The mathematical model of the system is built, dynamic simulating is researched based on actual parameters, and the simulating results dictate that the error of friction coefficient testing precision is 2.9% due to the system influence. The simulating result is proved by the experimental results, and the testing curve of friction coefficient meets the requirements of ICAS. To improve further testing precision, the research indicates that rational configuring accumulator reduces the positive pressure fluctuation issued in East causes and the precision is improved to 0.8 %.
