A New Kind of Flat Distribution Valve Pair for Hydraulic Motors
A novel flat distribution valve pair that is used in camshaft connecting- rod type low speed high torque hydraulic motors is presented. The novel flat distribution valve pair is based on former theory of entirely balanced tilting torque and distribution valve pair mechanism. Considered the convenience of machining technics, product assembling and product repairing, mere is some change in component structure. Its key components are fixing plate, distribution valve plate and pressing plate, which are enveloped in distribution valve body and end cap. The working principle of the novel flat distribution valve pair is put forward and experiment results are shown in this paper. Final experiment results prove that the new kind of flat distribution valve pair mechanism is successful, reliable and of good interchangeability.
