Theoretical Analysis on Disturbance Torque of Electro-hydraulic Load Simulator

The mutual interference between the loading system and the steering system (object) of electro-hydraulic load simulator causes great disturbance torque in loading system. This gives bad influence on the loading accuracy and dynamic property of the loading system. The thesis gives a thorough theoretical analysis on electro-hydraulic load simulator, builds up loading system mathematical model and analyzes the influence of the factors which affect the disturbance torque of load simulator by simulation. The results prove that the object displacement disturbance to loading system is the main factor of producing disturbance torque. Reasonable selection of parameters, such as load stiffness, displacement of motor, the total compressed volume and etc. are the key to enhance the load simulator performance.
