Influence of the Content of Air Bubble in Oil on Pressure of Oil and Force of Vane in Outlet Area in High Pressure Intra-vane Type Pump
The content of air bubble in oil will effect on the value of volume elasticity modulus, and effect on the pressure of oil in working cavity and vanes forces. The article use the formula between the content of air bubble and the value of volume elasticity modulus in heat insulation process, and the model is built which shows the relation between the content of air bubble and pressure of oil in sealed working cavity when vane moving from big arc area to outlet area. At last the curves of oils pressure in sealed working cavity and vanes forces in outlet area are obtained by computer simulation when the content of air bubble in oil is given different values.
