Application of Computational Fluid Dynamics in Laminar Flow Cooling System of Hot Plate Mill
In the present paper, the exploratory numerical simulation of complex flow processes has carried in both interior flow field of laminar cooling device and exterior flow field after cooling water fall freely by used CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) numerical method. Through researching and analyzing the flow field to optimize interior structure of cooling device, and to fixing the impingement wide of the numerical model precisely. This result build foundation for improving the control precision of cooling control system.
