Application of Inverse Model RBF-NN in Electro-hydraulic Position Servo Control System
For the renovation project of the Step furnace hydraulic system in some steel factory, a kind of position control system that symmetrical valve controls asymmetrical cylinder is designed in the paper. RBF-NNinverse model control theory is introduced in the servo system and RBF-NN inverse model controller is designed. The experiment is done in order to test RBN-NN inverse model controller. The result of experiment shows that the control precision with RBF-NN inverse model control is higher than with PID control. And the RBF-NN inverse model control can effectively eliminate asymmetry of forward and reverse movement.
