Computational Simulation and Experimental Research on the Speed Control of the Closed-circuit Energy-saving Hydraulic Elevator System

This paper discusses and analyses the speed control of the closed-circuit energy-saving hydraulic elevator system. First, the working principle of the system was introduced. Then the mathematic models of the system were established and simulations of the speed were carried out. Finally, the experiments of the speed characteristics were carried out in different temperature of the hydraulic oil. The results of simulations and experiments show that the simulation models are correct, and the system runs steadily in normal temperature. But when the temperature of hydraulic oil drops to 5-10℃, the rated speed of the system declines because of the friction increasing.
