Analysis and Research on Reweighting Control in Ore Loading System
The operating principle of weighting in the ore loading system is briefly presented. A new scheme of reweighting is proposed for the problems and defects, in which electro-hydraulic proportional system is designed to control the unload strobes of weighting bin. The mathematic model with distributing parameters is established. In this model, the factors affecting the precision in weighting process such as characters and prestore states of ore are analyzed. The results of simulation show that the model is correct and the scheme is feasible.
