Fast Forging Process Control Modeling and Simulation of 20MN Forging Hydraulic Press
20MN Forging Hydraulic Press adopts E/H servo cartridge valve to control the system. Its characteristics such as short response time, high control accuracy and so on are extremely fit for forging hydraulic press. What is more important is that we can obtain ideal forging process curve by the way of adjusting E/H servo cartridge valve. As a result the forging (irnes and accuracy can be achieved easily. In this research, the model of fast forging process is found and simulated. The results show that the curve of the forging hydraulic press using servo cartridge valves is smooth. In addition, it has high control accuracy and works stably without shock.
