Modeling of the Main Control System for a Water Press
The development of heavy equipment manufacturing technology plays an important role in national interest, the hydraulic system is critical to hydraulic press and affects the improvement of hydraulic press technologies. The main control system of water press is very complicated system and consists of the E/H servo system and water system, furthermore metal-forming processes are non-stationary, non-linear and time-variant. In order to realize position control of moving components of water press and improves workpiece quality, it is important to found accurately model of the main system. .In this research the study is focused on firstly developing the main control system model to 50MN hydraulic press for free forging control and provides the theoretical basis for hydraulic press research.
