Simulation Research on Data Fusion Technology of Feedback Signals in Lift Fin Stabilizers Control System
The defects of fin-angle feedback fin stabilizers caused by the dynamic coefficient are discussed in this paper, and the control technical difficulty of lift feedback fin stabilizers is given, so as to it cant get the well anti-rolling performance we desired. Then, the fin stabilizer with fin-lift/fin-angle integrated control is proposed. Multi-sensor data fusion technology is mainly applied in its servo system, to obtain the relative integrated feedback signal of the lift force. The hydraulic system of the fin stabilizer with fin-lift/fin-angle integrated control is analyzed explicitly in paper, which transfer function is deducted and established. Following this, the fusion result and the anti-rolling effect of this system are simulated respectively. The analysis showed that the control system can meet the anti-rolling need in various sea conditions, and its anti-rolling performance is better than either fin-angle feedback control or fin-lift feedback control independent utility.
